Meeting every 2 weeks on a Monday evening

This practice group is set out to support you in embodying the tools and skill of Nonviolent Communication AKA compassionate and Authentic relating.
Each week we will gather together in a community of humans who have idealy completed a beginners course (or equivilent) and are now looking to practice and learn together, so that you can further your understanding and integrated awareness of the basic principals of NVC.
