About The Event
Each time that we meet in person and have the opportuinity to connect and practice together, I see people leaving with melted soft expressions of relief and connection on their faces.
So many of you have expressed a wish to meet in person again, and practice the skills that you have learnt in our trainings / workshops and Empathy Cafe events.
So if you have previousely attended any of our meet ups / training OR if you know us and have attended other NVC / authentic relating / circeling practices before.
This is an opportunity to meet, mingle, explore and practice empathy, honesty and self connection skills in community. Together we will explore different modalities for deepening connection, undestanding and trust through the art of listening, being together and allowing emergent connections to unfold.
We will learn and practice active listening skills in pairs, groups and also on our own.
