About The Event
So many of you have expressed a wish to meet in person and practice the skills that you have learnt in our trainings / workshops and Empathy Cafe events.
This is an opportunity to meet, mingle, explore and practice empathy and self connection skills in community. Together we will explore differnt modalities for deepening connection, undestanding and trust through the art of listening.
We will learn and practice active listening skills in pairs, groups and also on our own.
You will be invited to journal, share, listen and learn in community and you are invited to join us after out time together for a trip to ythe local pub!
Who can come?
