Communicate 2 Create

Communicate to Create is a 4 day introductory course in Compassionate Communication and artistic expression, on the beautiful Saronic Island of Aegina. Together we will explore our inner and outer dialogue and uncover the language and communication habits we have acquired and would like to change.

Using the language of compassion (method's used are an interpretation on nonviolent communication) , we will learn how to observe a situation and differentiate between thoughts and analysis, to listen from the heart and to express our underlying feelings and needs in order to find harmony and ease when looking for realistic solutions with our families, partners and friends. We will infuse elements of meditation, movement, role-playing and artistic expression in order to release ourselves of self judgment and to connect with the underlying needs that we wish to fulfill in our lives.
