Understand your deeper needs, express yourself with more clarity, listen with curiosity and bring empathy, connection and honesty into your life and your relationships. With private training you will receive all the attention and time in bespoke lessons in order to help you meet your personal needs around learning and embodying compassionate communication skills. These session are also available for couples and friends who would like to work and learn together . Cancellation Policy
I enjoy flexibility and care for time and so I ask that when possible you give me 48-24hrs notice if you would like to cancel or re-schedule a booking. I will do my best to accommodate later changes when this is not possible.
